The Cornell Latino Alumni Association (CLAA) Executive Board would like to thank all the alumni who signed up to become CLAA members for the 2007-2008 year. Through your membership dues and donations we were able to collect funds that will be designated for the Undergraduate Book Scholarship Fund.

This Book Fund was established in 2005 by the CLAA executive board as a means to carry out one of our organizational goals of continuing to support Latino students in Ithaca. The Book Fund has enough money to award multiple book scholarships which will be administered through the Financial Aid office, on need basis to Latino undergraduates. These scholarships will be awarded in the Fall of 2008.

Once again thank you for your support and we look forward to sustaining the Book Fund so as to have annual scholarships awarded.
